Refund Policy

If the participant makes a purchase from Securtac Protection Services, the participant is not permitted to use it for commercial and unlawful purposes. Customers/participants agree for all charges noted herein as payable by the customer. Customers must be 18 or older to purchase from the “Website” Securtac Protection Services (“SPS”).

All prices on the website are in Canadian dollars and will be processed in Canadian dollars. (HST) Taxes are included in the course fee as listed.

SPS will not give access to the courses until the full course payment is received by SPS. SPS has the right to make changes to the courses, course dates and course information at any time without any prior notice.

In Class Training-Refund Policy- Standard/Emergency First Aid CPR with AED

In the event that SPS must reschedule a class, the customer is eligible for a full refund which will be put back on the original form of payment used to purchase the course, or the customer may use it as a credit towards the next available course date within 4 months of the original course start date. If Securtac Protection Services reschedules a class and the customer would like to be provided with a credit, the customer cannot request for a class transfer once they have used their credit. Please remember to check the course website daily, in case of last minute course cancellations.

  • The customer is not eligible for any refunds on the First Aid CPR course once they sign up

  • The customer is not eligible for a refund on the First AId CPR course once the online access code is given for the online theory portion of the program 

  • If the customer would like to request a change of date for the course 10 days in advance from the date of the course start date, and a vacant spot is available it will be changed at no cost. Should there be less than 10 days until the course start date there will be a $15 transfer fee if any vacant spots are available.

  • If a request for refund is made within 5 days of the course start date then there will be no refund.

  • If a request for a course transfer is made within 10 days of the course start date then no transfers will be made.

  • Requests for refund and class transfers can be made at info@securtac.ca. Any no-shows will not be given a refund or be eligible for a class transfer.

  • If the participant arrives 10 minutes late from the scheduled course start time, they will be not allowed to attend the class. The participant will be not be given a refund and a rebooking fee of $30 for a new date will apply.

E-Learning Refund Policy

Once the participants signs up for the e-learning, the participant has 6 months from the date of purchase to complete the course. Once the 6 months have been completed the participant will no longer have access to the e-learning courses.

For all E-Learning courses, under no circumstances will a refund be provided.
